Terms of Service — LanceRoom

1. About LanceRoom

LanceRoom ("we", "us", "our") is an all-in-one platform for ecommerce agencies and solo operators (the OneMan Agency suite). Its modules include Meta ads analytics and reporting, social media management and publishing, SEO and content tools, Shopify website tools (ready-made sections, blocks, pages, and storefront installs), and AI-assisted features inside those modules. New modules may be added over time and are covered by these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By requesting access, signing in, or using LanceRoom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Access & Your Account

• Access is granted from a waitlist and approved manually; we may accept or decline any request.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Your account is personal to you. Sharing logins across people is not permitted; we may limit the number of simultaneous sessions per account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Your Connections, Accounts & Content

• You connect your own accounts using your own access: Meta ad accounts (your token), social accounts (official sign-in), and Shopify stores (your theme access token). You must own each account or store, or have the legal right to manage it — including where you manage brands or stores for your clients.
• Your credentials are validated server-side, stored encrypted, and never exposed to the browser. Removing a connection revokes our access.
• We act only on your instruction. We fetch and display your ad data; we publish social content only as you create or schedule it; we install store items only as you select them. We do not change your ad budgets or campaigns, post to your accounts, or alter your store on our own initiative.
• Your content is yours. Posts, designs, articles, and other material you create or upload remain your property. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, schedule, publish, and install it as you direct.
• AI-assisted outputs are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published, sent, or installed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access another customer's data or attempt to bypass authentication or session controls.
• Share or resell access to your account without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Publish or send unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content through the platform, or use the service in violation of the terms of any connected platform (Meta, social networks, Shopify).

6. Third-Party Services

LanceRoom relies on third-party services — Meta's API, social platforms, Shopify, Clerk (authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Gemini (AI features), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error tracking), Resend (email). Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or enforcement actions by those providers.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Metrics shown are derived from the connected platforms' APIs and are provided as-is; always verify critical figures in the source platform (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) before acting on them.

8. Fees

The service is currently offered free during early access. Paid plans may be introduced later; pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge is made.

9. Termination

You may stop using LanceRoom at any time by removing your connected accounts and contacting us to close your login. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment of any future paid plan.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LanceRoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, or for decisions you make based on platform metrics, AI outputs, or scheduled actions you set up.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
